Location: KallangSalary: up to $2,800 + enhanced bonus scheme upon completion of milestones (Start, half and end, months)Work hours: Monday – Friday 8am –
• Manage customer’s enquiries from our digital platform (Webforms & Chats) and ensure customer enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction• Simultaneously handle multiple chats• Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives timely to meet the KPIs.• Handling customer's enquiries and complaints (High consumption, bill presentation, account opening and termination, bill adjustment etc.)• Payment arrangement (dunning block, instalment plan, payment deferment etc.)• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
