Responsibilities:

• Manage customer’s enquiries from our digital platform (Webforms & Chats) and ensure customer enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction
• Simultaneously handle multiple chats
• Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives timely to meet the KPIs.
• Handling customer’s enquiries and complaints (High consumption, bill presentation, account opening and termination, bill adjustment etc.)
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• 1 year contract

Monday – Friday

• 8am – 5pm
• 8.30am – 5.30pm
• 9am – 6pm
• 10am – 7pm
