Job Description
Job Requirements
- Graduate of ANY Bachelor's Degree
- At least one (1) year of experience in customer service, account management, or sales support
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Preferably with working experience in the BPO industry (not required)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
I. Inquiry and Issue Resolution
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
- Record and track customer concerns, complaints, and requests using CRM tools
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments and follow-up until resolutions
- Provide updates and feedback to customers regarding the status of their concerns
