Job Description

Currently at BETWEEN, we have a team of over 1000 people. We work in areas such as BI, IoT, Big Data, and R&D. In the Operations area, we implement projects related to Service Desk, IT infrastructures, and Cloud projects, among others.

We are looking for a bilingual French–English profile to strengthen our Internal Care team in Barcelona.

Responsibilities

  • Reply to negative reviews.
  • Handle escalated customer care claims.
  • Provide reassurance on the email channel and social media.
