Position: Client Development & Customer Service Assistant Manager
Location: Surabaya, Indonesia
Our Client is International Forwarding Company looking for a Client Development & Customer Service in-charged of Vietnam market. The role can be located in Surabaya, and work remotely with the team in Singapore.
SCOPE OF WORK:
Establishing and developing new accounts/ businesses.Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing customers.Carrying out sales calls/ sales visits.Visiting potential customers/ preparing quotations and proposals.Preparing weekly & monthly sales reports.Gathering market and customer information on current and future trends.Handling day to day customer enquiries, order takings, in-house system data entry.Providing consistent interaction with clients to create and maintain customer relations.
