We’re looking for a Customer Engagement Strategist who is passionate about crafting impactful communication journeys that drive customer loyalty and lifetime value. In this role, you'll be responsible for strategizing and executing personalized communication across all owned channels—Push Notifications, Email, and In-App Messages—to deepen engagement and retention.
This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to build seamless, automated flows that deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time.
