Customer Engineering Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for mechanical maintenance of equipment across customer and BOC sites with a focus on medical, industrial, food, scientific, and hospitality industries
• Installation and removal of equipment is part of your role
• You will calibrate and test gas analyzers at customer and BOC sites
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot equipment is required in this role
• Refurbish Cryogenic Gas vessels and supply pumps
• Conduct audits and inspections of equipment in line with codes and standards
• Complete planned maintenance and breakdown tasks as required
• You will communicate effectively with customers both face‑to‑face and over the phone
• Also, you will collaborate closely with local project management and sales teams
