Job Description
As a **Customer Success Analyst** - at Simplus a 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:
- Support the management of Simplus customer success areas with the implementation and monitoring of KPIs.
- Control conversion rates at all stages of the customer relationship process.
- Participate in the creation and execution of management processes.
- Transform data into relevant information, generating insights for boards of directors to make strategic decisions.
- Maximize the performance of current processes.
- Onboarding and customer training on the platform.
- Support for internal and external customer queries.
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- Minimum 06 months of experience with customer service.
- Proactive, motivated and empathetic.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Persuasion power.
- Negotiation.
**Desired Skills and Experience**:
