We are on a transformation journey to bring customer centricity into the DNA of our organization. We are looking for a motivated and curious intern to join our Customer Experience team to support the execution of key CX programs and bring our CX strategy to life.
In this role, you will gain hands‑on experience by contributing to the planning, preparation, and delivery of the OE NPS program – one of our main initiatives to gather and manage customer feedback. The program is central to how we listen to customers and translate their voices into actionable insights across the organization.
