- Serve as the primary point of contact for global customers experiencing access issues, troubleshooting needs, and platform support inquiries, resolving approximately 750 tickets annually
- Manage and administer customer accounts across a suite of customer facing digital applications, ensuring seamless access and a positive user experience
- Draft and coordinate communications to a global user base regarding platform updates and announcements
