The Customer Inventory Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise and exceptional customer service. This position will focus on deeply understanding customer needs related to spare parts inventory, developing and implementing effective spare parts strategies, and fostering strong customer relationships. The role will report directly to the SEA Sales Manager, providing clear and concise reports with actionable recommendations.
Nature of the jobThis role is essentially a support engineer with a strong focus on customer inventory management and optimization, and on developing new sales opportunities in line with customer strategy. The engineer will approach each customer individually to ensure a tailor‑made strategy in line with their requirements.
