Job Description
Role Overview:
- Help new professional tax preparer clients set up and use a tax software suite during the initial post purchase phase.
- Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure installation, account setup, data migration, and a smooth onboarding experience.
- Deliver a positive first experience that supports long term customer retention and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through software installation, initial configuration, and environment readiness.
- Assist with account creation and secure documentation uploads, including EFIN or similar regulated credentials.
- Support data migration by importing or exporting data from prior systems and validating successful transfer.
