Job Description Customer Operations (70%) 1. Customer Renewals Management - Proactively track upcoming contract renewals and reaching out to customers at least 60-90 days before expiration
- Process renewals including quotations and contracts from start to completion
- Maintain renewal pipeline and provide renewal updates on a regular basis
- Maintain customer contracts and records in a timely and organized manner
- Coordinate between customers and internal teams (tech support, billing, sales)
- Achieve renewal targets of at least 80%
2. Customer Relationship Management - Regular check-ins via email and phone with install base customers
- Address feedback and basic enquiries of install base customers appropriately
- Assess and route customer issues to respective ENX sales & technical team as required
