**Summary**

For smaller customer accounts the program manager acts as the primary interface to the customer for the purpose of managing specific programs and projects on behalf of the customer account to achieve the planned revenue and profits. This job is a first-level manager within a site. Provides direct management to semi-skilled and entry level professional employees performing diverse and/or specialized roles, or employees in more than one function or work group.
