Key Responsibilities Quality & Data Analysis Support (40%) - Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing field quality data (failure reports, warranty claims, customer feedback) from SEAP markets.
- Support the creation of quality performance dashboards and reports for regional stakeholders.
