Job Description

What Will You Do

  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies to improve customer loyalty, repeat business, and overall customer satisfaction
  • Analyze customer behavior, retention trends, complaints, and churn patterns to provide actionable business insights
  • Lead customer retention initiatives, including loyalty programs, engagement campaigns, and service recovery actions
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution with a customer-centric approach
  • Establish and monitor customer service standards, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Lead digitalization and process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
