Job Summary

You will manage customer enquiries through phone, email, and walk-ins, coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to address requests, follow up on defects and maintenance, and ensure timely resolution of complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone calls, emails, and walk-ins to provide accurate information and support
  • Coordinate with project teams, site supervisors, and subcontractors to communicate customer requests and provide timely updates
