We are seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to join our team at our client's headquarters in Cleveland. This is a 5-6 month contract, with possible extensions/permanent conversion. The role will be working onsite M-F. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships while ensuring a high level of service and accuracy. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for customers, managing orders, resolving issues, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver a seamless customer experience.
