ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist based in Quezon City. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships by designing and implementing CRM strategies, analyzing customer data, and improving retention and engagement. The role includes overseeing CRM systems, managing sales campaigns, streamlining communication efforts, and working collaboratively with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve business goals.
