Job Summary You are to inform and coordinate communication between customers and the logistics team. Inform customers of any charges that may be incurred.
Responsibilities - Arrange delivery times and confirm schedules by contacting customers to ensure smooth logistics operations
- Provide accurate quotations for ad-hoc services such as uncrating, haulage, and disposal based on customer requests to support service transparency
- Track cargo status to ensure timely delivery and proactively update customers on shipment progress
- Reschedule deliveries promptly after unsuccessful attempts to maintain reliable service and customer satisfaction
