- Degree(s) in Business, Psychology and/or Marketing. MBA preferred.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills
- Inspirational team leader with experience building high performing teams
- Experience working with development teams to design marketing platforms and systems.
- Solid understanding of data relationships and the appropriate metrics that drive business value
- Data-oriented approach to iterative design and testing (can logically think through implementation of test designs, and draw conclusions from results)
- Ability to excel as both a team lead and individual contributor
