Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer feedback related to vocational licensing matters (calls & emails)
  • Communicate effectively with members of the public (verbal & written)
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve cases
  • Follow established guidelines for feedback handling
  • Use Microsoft Office, Outlook, and internal systems (training provided)
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Diploma and above
  • Good command of English (spoken & written)
  • Able to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers
  • Customer service experience is an advantage
  • Computer literate and comfortable using office tools
  • Good attendance and reliability
Duration/ Working hours:

1 year contract (Immediate)

Monday - Thursday : 8.30am - 6.00pm

Friday : 8.30am - 5.30pm
