Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

Customer Service Function - Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries and order via phone, whatsapp, email, and messaging platforms (Ig and facebook)
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and solve their order issues
- Promote bakery products, seasonal offerings, and customized solutions to customers
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and orders
- Co-ordinate school pantry orders and pop up events
- Coordinate closely with production and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Support operations including packing for bulk order to ensure order fulfilment
