After-Sales Service Administration
- Manage the administrative follow-up of repair and service intervention files.
- Coordinate communications between customers, service engineers, and various internal departments.
- Ensure that information is accurately maintained and updated in our management systems.
Maintenance Contract Management
- Prepare renewal quotations and proposals for new maintenance contracts.
- Create contracts upon receipt of customer orders.
- Ensure the invoicing of completed services.
Service Sales Administration
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
- Prepare and send repair quotations.
- Enter customer orders and ensure their follow-up.
- Process invoicing operations.
- Manage credit notes, equipment returns, and customs formalities.
