Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with order status, delivery updates, payments, and product support
  • Provide professional customer service experience
  • Troubleshoot basic technical/device-related issues
  • Maintain accurate customer records and system updates

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in any field
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English
  • Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Customer service/call center experience is an advantage
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
