Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers by understanding their vehicle concerns and recommending suitable service or repair solutions
  • Act as the key liaison between customers and the workshop to ensure clear and responsive communication
  • Keep customers updated on job progress and repair timelines
  • Handle daily intake of cars for servicing and manage service scheduling
  • Deliver a positive customer experience from check-in to vehicle collection
  • Prepare quotations to customers and reply to enquiries
  • Support the workshop team by aligning service expectations with actual job progress
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements:
  • Basic vehicle knowledge is preferable but not mandatory; training will be provided
