Responsibilities

• Identify prospects by conducting self‑generated internet searches, using online databases/directories, and other lead‑generation activities.
• Set appointments for businesses interested in RPGL services.
• Influence and persuade potential customers to purchase logistics services by identifying their specific problem areas.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records, noting names, addresses, and follow‑up actions in the Salesforce CRM.
• Perform heavy phone work with a minimum of 150 calls per day.
• Engage with callers and provide instant, clear responses.
