Flexsource NI are working in exclusive partnership with Northern Ireland Electricity in their search for Customer Service agents, on a temporary basis, working 24 hours per week. This role will involve working both days and evening shifts, with preset schedule.
Responsibilities
· Provide outstanding support to our customers, addressing their enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
· Assist customers with information on our services, troubleshooting, and other electricity network related enquiries.
· Maintain a deep understanding of our services, and policies to provide accurate and efficient support.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.
· Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
· Ensure compliance with company guidelines and quality standards in every customer interaction.
