In this role you will reporting to the Customer Service Manager Iberia, you will manage key customer accounts and ensure top-tier service delivery.

Location

The role is based in our office in Alcobendas (Madrid).

What You’ll Do

  • Manage Electrolux key customers.
  • Handle phone and email communications, returns and claims.
  • Manage the portfolio of orders.
  • Improve ways of working and processes.
  • Drive improvements in processes, ways of working and tools.
  • Create reports and perform data analysis to support business decisions.
