Location: Glenmarie HiCOM, Selangor
Salary: RM2,400 (Negotiable Based On Experience)

Job Responsibilities

  • Attend to walk-in customers and provide professional customer service

  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries efficiently

  • Manage customer appointments and scheduling arrangements

  • Update and maintain daily sales records and reports accurately

  • Perform general administrative and coordination tasks

  • Ensure smooth daily front desk and customer service operations

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma qualification

  • Good communication skills in English

  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Experience in customer service, receptionist, front desk, or administrative roles is an added advantage
