About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Analyst to join our client’s team. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring a smooth order-to-delivery process and delivering a high-quality customer experience. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple processes, and excellent communication in English and Portuguese.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and validate customer master data and ensure accuracy in systems (SAP).
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and inventory management.
