Key Responsibilities
  • Support stakeholders in queue management and administrative matters to ensure the smooth conduct of ceremonies.
  • Assist with verification of documents and declarations based on provided guidelines and checklists.
  • Direct guests upon completion of their appointments to facilitate incoming visitors and ensure smooth operations.
