Job Description - Handle incoming calls, manage customer enquiries, and provide accurate information on products and services
- Route calls to the appropriate departments efficiently
- Serve as the first point of contact for bookings and appointments, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Explain vehicle warranty details, maintenance requirements, and key features clearly to customers
Requirements - Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or call centre environment is highly advantageous
