Shift Allowance (3+2): $200 shift allowance per month
Working Schedule: 3+2 work week
- Weekdays: 1pm – 10pm (8hrs excl. break)
- Weekends: 8:30am – 6:30pm (9hrs excl. break)
Responsibilities - Ability to deliver professional and high-quality service experience in a customer-facing role
- Identify customers’ needs and have them assessed to maintain a continuous high level of customer service delivery and satisfaction
- Taking ownership of customers’ problems and follow through effectively and efficiently to resolution within the SLAs.
