Job Description

Achieve total customer satisfaction by resolving problems, questions, and iquiries. Carry out the process of receiving, processing, and delivering purchase orders provided by the customer, with the goal of fulfilling their product need on time and in full.

Main Responsibilities
  • Receive customer requirments and orders and enter them into the ERP system, maintaining constant communication with customers to clarify any question and confirm delivery dates.
  • Follow up and drive resolution of disputes on sales orders/deliveries/replacements/returnable packagining to guarantee the best possible service level to ensure a balance of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage protocol for data and electronic communication with customers.
