Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Counter duties such as registration, manage payments, promotion of packages etc.
  • Assist clinic manager with day-to-day clinic operations.
  • Attend to walk-in patients and phone enquiries.
  • Assist patients with the booking of their appointments and health screening.
  • Generate/tabulate data and administrative work.
  • Any other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent.
  • Preferably with relevant working experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills and attitude.
