We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive (Cloud Services) to support our Multi-Cloud Team (Global) in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will manage customer support operations for hybrid cloud services and ensure smooth day-to-day account servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support services for hybrid cloud business operations.
- Manage customer accounts throughout the full account lifecycle.
- Handle daily communication and coordination with downstream customers.
- Support payment collection, fund management, consumption tracking, and quota management.
- Maintain customer information and perform routine backend platform monitoring.
- Assist in ensuring operational efficiency and service quality.
