Job Description
Responsibilities - Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate product information, usage guidance, and troubleshooting assistance.
- Order Processing: Manage order entry in ERP/CRM systems. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
