Coordinate closely with families, religious representatives, government authorities, and service providers to ensure the smooth and seamless delivery of funeral services. Oversee parlour operations and facility management, ensuring that halls, equipment, and IT systems are fully operational and properly maintained. Manage the procurement of supplies, handle service bookings, and maintain accurate records within the system. Provide compassionate and empathetic support to bereaved families during their time of need. Requirements: As the majority of our clients are Chinese speaking, proficiency in Mandarin is essential for this role. Demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills. Possess solid administrative capabilities to effectively manage daily operations. Exhibit empathy while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Able to work over the weekend and public holiday.
