Job Description

Job title: Customer Service Executive (Korean speaking) (Job ID: 20229) - CK

Location: Central

Compensation: Basic up to $3,500 + $960 fixed allowance + AWS + VB

Job responsibilities:
  • Perform credit assessments for new and existing customers in accordance with company credit policies
  • Conduct Accounts Receivable follow ups with customers on overdue payments to ensure timely collection
  • Manage invoice disputes and cash application issues, coordinating with internal teams for effective resolution
  • Support billing activities, including invoice inquiries and corrections where required
  • Handle other AR related customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Communicate directly with customers via phone and email to resolve AR issues professionally
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Operations, and Finance) to ensure smooth issue resolution
