Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and process customer sales inquiries for both cash and credit transaction;
Mange and resolve customer and stakeholder complaints and issues;
Perform sourcing activities to meet customer requirements and project needs;
Builds positive and effective relationships with customer and stakeholder and ensures their satisfaction;
Engage in persuasion and negotiation, resolve problems and decision making skills which includes escalating unsolved cases to the relevant stakeholders and departments.
