Job Description

JOB SCOPE:

  1. Attending to inbound, live chats, and emails
  2. Respond to customers' general queries, complaints/feedback in a timely and accurate way
  3. Manage customer complaints and feedback accordingly

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. We are looking for energetic candidates eager to earn good money.
  2. Must be energetic, positive-minded, and a good team player
  3. Fresh graduates with a high drive to earn money will be considered
  4. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
  5. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED - Training will be provided
  6. Excellent command of English in both verbal and written communication

Start Date: 12th FEBRUARY 2025

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to RM3,200.00 per month
