Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with overseas agents on shipment consolidation (Air & Ocean).
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
- Follow up and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Identify customer needs, evaluate issues, and provide appropriate solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any fields
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
