Customer Service Executive - Accudyne Industries Our Customer Service Executive is responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences. He/she will need to liaise between our customers, factories and logistics partners to ensure execution of our sales orders.
Responsibilities - Process and coordinate orders with factory to support customers.
- Monitor delivery and ensure on-time shipment.
- Coordinate with customers and finance to ensure on-time payment within credit terms.
- Coordinate with warehouse on unpacking of shipment deliveries.
- Handle imports and export shipments such as preparing shipping documents and maintaining shipping records.
- Conduct annual stock‑take and inventory control.
Basic Qualifications - Diploma in Business Administration or related fields.
