Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat.
  • Handle escalation and provide appropriate solutions within the company`s guideline
  • Validation of Business Programs, Orders and Contracts. Request will be via Email
  • Review of agreement & Orders, ensuring all legal requirement are met
  • Ensure regular update to customer’s Queries and solve within stipulated timeline
  • Training will be provided

Requirement:

  • Diploma in any field
  • TOPIK Certification is required as the role requires Korean language
  • Fluency in English language is mandatory
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but open to fresh graduate.
  • Problem-solving skill and attentive to details
  • Team player and able to work independently
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
