The successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to maintain a positive and energetic mindset in all situations. They will be solely responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relations and investigating & resolving customer inquiries and complaints. This role also requires someone who is a strong problem solver.
This is a 12-month Fixed-Term contract, working hybrid, 3 days per week in our Port Melbourne office.
