The Challenge
Processing orders.Adjusting and/or updating the work instructions.Managing the mailbox and possibly answering customer inquiries via email and calls.Active calling the customers for the business sales proposals.Assigning cases in Salesforce.Processing credits/debits.Monitoring the status of orders and notifying the appropriate persons in case of deviations or bottlenecks.Maintaining the correct administration of order information in the relevant systems....
