support in accordance with the defined scope of work and service level agreements
(SLAs). This role involves ensuring high-quality interactions with customers, meeting
quantitative performance standards, and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Open to college undergraduates or graduates with at least 1 year experience in financial, healthcare, or insurance sectors
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willing to work shifting schedules, including holidays, as required
