Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities
  • To handle operation calls and answering to customers request
  • To perform daily paperwork, invoices, raise service and repair job into system
  • To stand in as a Customer Service Advisor when required.
  • To stand in Accident Reporting Centre reporting
  • To collect cash from Customer Service Advisor and submit to Corporate Office.
Requirements
  • NTC 3 in Automotive Technology or related fields
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in customer service related activities or relevant skills in automotive repairs industries
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Alternate Saturday: 8.30am to 12.30pm, Changi
  • Basic + incentive + OT + 2 times bonuses + flexi + 14 AL
