YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for CustomerService daily activities and projects including, but not limited to, all aspectsrelated to materials, customers, vendors Receive and process customer orders, complete contract reviews of orders confirming receipt and full details with customer, advise of any customer variations to original order including price or stock availability Ensure all relevant customs and duties recorded with the sale of product is maintained as applicable with specific customers Prepare delivery requests with correct customer order information and communicate with third party logistics providers to authorise delivery of goods Ensure delivery requests are processed promptly and accurately through confirmation of receipt, provision of Certificates of Analysis with delivery r...
